Time now to cash in I live in a nice little suburb in Johannesburg North. Very calm and quite and leafy and privileged.I love the neighborhood and the village atmosphere and the trees and the birds in the garden. I love the swimming pool in summer  and the fish in the pond.BUT I think it is now time to cash it all in and realize my dreams.I need to sell my Bakkie and get Johnathan, My son to Japan in October to compete in the shoto cup for R35000.00 That is his life dream. Then I need to pay my debts and go to the bank and sell my house or finance it to cash out R1 Million to invest in properties which I will buy then fix and then sell at a profit. This beats working on a job or doing cheap renovations for people. This creates wealth and allows me time to spend with my family and travel and to live my dreams.No more debt, no more rude callers and no more of that stress.Time now to re evaluate my own position. Time to cash it all in, live debt free and be free.Time to buy the BMW choose a riding partner and go to Namibia and other southern African countries like Botswana, Leshoto, and Zimbabwe for 6 months. This is my time.
