J is on a visit to South Africa and we on our way this week to do 
camping birding an chilling on an African farm.
Sydney has a new boy friend and I wish them all the best in life.
I am going to Australia in December

We have been through a cold winter. Home alone, no electricity, a dog and two cats

The house went on the market and never got sold, a great blessing, I live in that old house.

I fetch J from school, we go to gym together, we visit Fordsburg together and he sometime sleep over.

I have sold a nice big property and await the transfer to get paid commission.

I need to pay the Bond, Buy a Car get the kids cars and leave town for a while.

I need to take a walk about in a foreign land with foreign people and maybe a foreign language.

 

I may even do a road trip in south Africa. See the see, learn to surf and study Afrikaans language.

The weather is warming up now and becoming Motor bike weather. before the summer rains.

 

So lets go lets get moving.

DIVORCED NOW FOR A YEAR AND 4 MONTHS.
Feels like the divorce has just begun. The sale of the family house is going through and the money will be equally divided after the debts are fully paid and the kids education is paid. Then it is time to travel and to trade .one big deal is pending with a good commission and the prospects look very good for further deal.I will establish a limited Joint Venture Property Businesses in the name of Johnathan Wohlman.
We will sell on commission and buy fix and sell smaller investment properties together.
Time to breath new air and establish new respectfully relationships. Time to move on.

Divorce

It is April 2018 and Finally the day arrived when Elise left. December 2017 I was alone at home.
I bought some Bitcoin and made some money and I decided now is the time to do something massive,
a Trip in Africa, or cross Australia or ride a bike through China or South America. Even a trip across America, west Coast or across the middle.
Come on a wild fantasy lasting weeks or even months. Lets see the world under the canopy of the the stars. Wake up the sun and drink in the rivers.

It really is time to sell all the material things and cash in to take a majestic Motorcycle trip around this beautiful continent.

Meet great people, eat good food, enjoy sunrise and sunset and be with beautiful people.

Divorce 2017

Divorce
Divorce is never easy but it could be the best thing to do?
Once married for long enough to have kids and bring them up to adult age then you’ve done your job.
Nothing you can do now will make their childhood better or worse.
You 53 years old and just never took the time for yourself so its time now to let go and go on a massive long road trip. Stay on farms speak to local people and marry one perhaps. A beautiful family girl who has respect, engages with you on every level and even brings you a drink the way you like it. And to take it a step further she has a drink with you. Someone completely in your spirit. She will walk in rain , swim in rivers and climb a mountain. She will make love meaningfully and be with you and greet you lovingly in the morning. You will never have to beg for anything again.

February 2017

Here at home on Monday 6 Feb 2017.
I am not working and broke again. I am not about to go look for property to sell or even join a property group. I am not about to get a job, or even a sales job in a company.
All I think I can do is fix things and sell them. That is about all I can do.  Houses or flats or even Motorbikes.
 I am giving my marriage a last ditch attempt again although it is over by a long shot.
I can’t kid anymore we are done. I must have a peaceful divorce.
I would like someone to be with me after this so for now I am at my best behavior but not trading.
I made a concept for a buy/sell shop that trades on second hand good so I will see if I can fund it.
I must get working to buy Syd a car. Once working I can go to Ram Bam for a loan but it is not an easy task.  I really have to be more creative. This is clearly not working out.
 I have the electricity account looming and not sure how to fix it so I am expecting a miracle.
 Johnny said “both your kids hate you” he was in a rage but I don’t blame him.
I do need some time away again so I will sell the scooter and go on road trip on the XL 500.
I think I will go to the Wild Coast to see the sea.
 I think that is a good thing, it is time now to cash out on all fronts and set everyone free from me.
Sell everything and get us to Cape Town.
Syndey must finish Matric at KDHS and J must leave next year.
We must pay for a year upfront for 2018 and still have money for Syd's car and her education to the end of this year.
 All I have are some broken shares and a scooter but that is a good start. R7000 for the Scooter and R9000 for the shares if I can sell them? I would like to do the Namibia trip of a life time as it will sort out the problems and truly will be a trip of a life time that never has to end. I do nbeed to get a Modern BMW and ride with the wind and the waves.

Happy New Year for 2017

The last year 2016 was a very hectic year indeed in South Africa.We had drought and bad politics and an unstable government.
We saw a very weak currency, rhino and elephant poaching.
We lost artist and musicians. What a year!
This year is going to be more opportunistic and have more chance of
peace and a time for road trips, camping and travel.
Lets go to the UK to sell some fancy diamonds and let’s
do some property deals in South Africa.
Lets take a desert trip to Namibia and buy some gorgeous
bikes and cars.
